We specialise in helping clients regain balance and inner peace after a major loss or past trauma. While grief is not something to be fixed, we can work with you to reduce your trauma-related symptoms, and help create a wider container within you to hold the pain such that it does not overwhelm you.

If you have tried traditional talk therapy and found it insufficient, we invite you to try our embodied and trauma-sensitive approach to psychotherapy, which seeks to honour the nuanced complexity of each client.
