Our sessions are typically held in-person. However, you may also request for online sessions.

Payment:

• Do take note that payment is made ahead of the session.
• We accept payments via Paynow (UEN 53502121J) or credit card (Stripe).
• While we do not directly accept insurance, we are able to issue a receipt after payment to help you receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

Cancellation policy:

• Keep in mind our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged the full session fee; your initial payment to secure the booking will not be refunded. 
• Embodied Therapy will offer a full refund only if:
  • You decide to cancel with more than 24 hours’ advance notice before your appointment start time.
  • You provide proof of an illness or emergency.
  • Your appointment is cancelled by Embodied Therapy due to unforeseen circumstances such as your counsellor falling sick or having to attend to an emergency. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify.
